This online gallery of 50+ edited photos is delivered 24-72 hours past the wedding date, because I know you'll be dying to see the photos and share them with your friends and family ASAP!
Private Online Gallery
Your final gallery will be delivered 5-7 weeks past the wedding date. It will be password protected and include all of your high-resolution, edited images - ready to be easily downloaded and shared with friends.

I've photographed enough weddings to know all the logistics to making a wedding day run smoothly. That's why I'll work with you & your wedding planner to craft the perfect timeline for you.
Posing Guidance
So you never have to worry about looking "awkward" or not knowing what to do in the photos. I'm here to direct you, while giving you the space to be yourselves.
A Custom Flash Drive
As a thank you gift, I always like to send a customized USB flash drive containing your treasured photos. It is my way of showing my sincere appreciation for having me be a part of your special day!
Questionnaire
I love to send a detailed questionnaire to my wedding clients. This deeply helps me to better understand your vision for the day as well as logistics such as when your hair & makeup should be done and which family members you want (or don't want!) photos with.
Polaroids
Physical photos are so rare nowadays! That's why I love to snap some polaroids throughout your day and gift them to you at the end. I provide 2 for the Silver Package, 5 for the Gold Package, and 10 for the Diamond Package. I also provide a frame that fits your two favorites!
Printing Rights
This gives you personal use rights for your treasured photographs. A clause is included about this in my contract!

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage
Some of the most special and memorable moments happen the night before your wedding, at the rehearsal dinner. People often talk on the wedding day about how there was not a dry eye in the room during the rehearsal dinner speeches. These are moments you won't want to forget! Make sure they get captured so you can hold onto them forever.

Bridal Shower Coverage
You put so much into your bridal shower. You and your bridesmaids might spend hours DIY-ing decorations and invites, planning a theme or location, sending invites, etc. You'll likely play fun games with your guests, open presents, and share stories and toasts to celebrate YOU. So many precious moments go into this night, so why not have it photographed to preserve the memory of it forever?

Bachelor or Bachelorette Party Coverage
Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties are nothing short of FUN. Legendary moments happen on this night that you definitely won't want to forget. You might rent a fancy airbnb and get ready with your girls before heading to the club, or show off your dance moves on a party bus. Whatever you do, think of how iconic it would be to get some direct flash, candid pics of the shenanigans you get in to! Perfect material for an Instagram photo dump, if you ask me.

Bridal Session
These types of sessions are so precious. Bridal sessions are typically done a few months before the wedding, and can be portraits solely of the bride or of the couple together. This is a stress-free way to capture gorgeous portraits of you (or the two of you) at an incredible location that elevates your photos to the next level. You can practice your hair and makeup to see if there's anything you'd change for your big day, and have gorgeous photos to display at your wedding.
1 hour - $600, with 150 high-resolution, edited photos delivered
Newlywed Session
A newlywed session is done shortly after the wedding. It captures your newly married bliss in a stress-free, intimate way with time to get creative and personal (as opposed to your bridal portraits on your actual wedding day, which are often cut short to make room for other events in your timeline). It's another chance to get use out of those expensive wedding outfits, or put on something that feels more you!

My PROCESS
Step 1
Fill out my contact form to send me an inquiry! Let me know all the details of your wedding so far, such as if you have a date or venue locked in yet. I'd love to know you & your partner's story as well - feel free to be as detailed as possible! I'll respond within 24 hours to set up a call & talk more.
Step 2
Once you decide you officially want to book with me (yay, I can't wait!) I simply require a signed contract and 20% retainer. This locks in my commitment to photographing your special day.

Step 3
Now that we're official, we can begin planning! I send a detailed questionnaire which greatly helps me understand your vision & build the perfect timeline. We'll have multiple phone/zoom calls, but the most important is a call shortly before your wedding date to finalize details, answer any last minute questions, and ensure we're on the same page. All that's left now is to experience the best day of your life!
Step 4
After your wedding, (I know right, I can't believe it's over either!) I get straight to work on editing those beautiful photos. I send a Sneak Peek gallery within 72 hours of your wedding to ensure you can admire & share some images as soon as possible. Your final gallery takes 5-7 weeks to be delivered, but it will be well worth the wait. Our journey together has officially come to a close, for now. Don't worry - it's not goodbye, it's see you later!
FAQ
How do I know which wedding package is right for me?
My Diamond wedding package is what I always recommend to clients! It includes full wedding day coverage by me for 8-10 hours, and a second photographer for up to 8 hours. This second photographer is key to why I really recommend this package - having a 2nd is so beneficial in saving time, the most valuable asset of a wedding day. During the getting ready portion of the day, the lead photographer is able to stay getting coverage of one partner, while the 2nd photographer takes photos with the other. Or take for instance the ceremony. Getting photos of the walking down the aisle moment is equally as important as capturing their partner's reaction to it. Having a 2nd photographer there allows each photographer to be focused solely on one person, instead of me having to capture both moments which happen simultaneously. Overall, the second photographer helps for getting maximum coverage, saving time, and in cases of emergencies.
My Gold wedding package is another great option. It includes full wedding day coverage by me for 8-10 hours. While it's always nice to have a 2nd photographer, sometimes it's not in the budget and that's okay! I've photographed plenty of weddings by myself and have always managed to "get the shots". Going back to the ceremony example described above, if I'm by myself I'll typically try to position myself at the front of the aisle where I can first capture the groom's initial reaction, then pivot to focus on capturing the partner walking down the aisle. While there is more risk involved in missing a moment, you can see that it is doable.
My Silver wedding package includes partial wedding day coverage by me for up to 6 hours. If you're on a tighter budget, this might be the package for you. To compensate for less hours of coverage, people usually shave off a little bit of time in the very beginning (getting ready portion of the day) and at the end (open dancing/ some reception moments). It all depends on what moments you care about capturing the most!
Do you photograph weddings outside of the Bay Area?
Absolutely! I love to travel and am more than willing to go wherever your special day takes you. Let me know where you're thinking so I can calculate accordingly and get back to you with an exact travel fee.
How many photos can we expect to receive?
It varies for each package, but on average you can expect around 150 edited photos per hour of coverage. Please refer to the package options above for details.
When can we expect to see the photos?
I send a Sneak Peek Gallery of 50+ edited photos within 24-72 hours of your wedding date, and the Final Gallery takes roughly 5-7 weeks to be delivered.
Are travel fees included in the price?
The package options detailed above include travel for up to an hour drive. Anything more than that will incur additional fees.
